DELIVERY
ST. CLAIR ship worldwide. Orders will usually be sent out the day following order placement. Orders made over the weekend will be sent out on the Monday. (Excluding Bank Holidays). Notification of shipment and tracking will follow within 2 days of your order.
Lead times for items on Pre-Order will vary and will be clearly communicated at point of purchase.

ST. CLAIR ship internationally with DHL Express.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase but if you not entirely happy, returned goods can be exchanged or refunded - less our postage costs - within 14 days of receipt.
To Return an item, you will need to Request a Return via the ST. CLAIR Returns Portal.
- Pack the items you're returning
- Fill out the Returns Form included in your package (you can download and print it HERE if you did not receive this)
- Attach your Return Address label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels
- Take your package to your local Post Office
- Return your order to ST. CLAIR via a Royal Mail Post Office or Drop Off Centre
If we receive the item after the 14 days we will issue a credit note for use online or in-store.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order.
Returns can only be accepted by ST. CLAIR if the item is unworn and unmarked, in its original packaging with all labels intact. Judgement is at ST. CLAIR's discretion.
Please note ST. CLAIR do not cover the cost of returned goods unless faulty.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
PLEASE SEND RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS BELOW including a copy of your original invoice (or a note with your name, contact details and order number)
ST. CLAIR (RETURNS)Please include an invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore not subject to import tax and duties. This should be clearly marked on the airway bill.
ST. CLAIR cannot be held liable for charges incurred due to incorrect shipping. Any costs incurred by ST. CLAIR will be deducted from the amount due for refund.
